We trekked for Mountain Gorillas and Chimps in Uganda and Rwanda and dozens of photos were given to our good friend Kennedy Zano, a highly talented sculptor in Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe. 

There are exactly 1,069 Mountain Gorillas left as of August 2023, only in Uganda and Rwanda. Kennedy carved  this powerful Silverback from fascinating Kwekwe Fruit Serpentine, a stone that is impregnated with copper that gives interesting visual interest.
